Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Classori (the website classori.com, its web and mobile apps and the associated services, hereinafter the “Service”), provided by Angel Garcia Llompart (“Classori”, “we”). By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Classori is a management platform for Montessori schools that lets you document classroom activity, track students’ progress, communicate with families and manage administrative tasks (attendance, enrollment, billing, etc.).

2. Accounts and registration

  • Access requires an account created by the school or through an invitation from it.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
  • You must be of legal age to create an account and accept these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break the law or infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Upload unlawful or offensive content, or content that violates others’ privacy.
  • Access third-party accounts or data without authorization.
  • Attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Service.

4. User content

The content you or the school enter (photos, videos, observations, documents) belongs to whoever provides it. You grant us a limited license, as necessary to host, process and display it for the sole purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary consents for the content you upload, especially when it includes images of minors.

5. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Subscription and payments

  • During the beta phase the Service is offered free of charge to selected schools.
  • The planned standard price is per student per month, from USD 3 depending on the number of students, billed monthly and with no lock-in. We will give advance notice of any price change.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the consumer legislation of your country of residence grants you on a mandatory basis.

9. Cancellation and account deletion

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app itself (“Delete my account”, in Settings or My profile). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or for legal or security reasons.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or within the Service. Continued use after notice implies acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user’s country of residence, which will continue to apply where relevant.
